“Essence” (noun): the intrinsic nature or indispensable quality of something, especially something abstract that determines its character.
This activity group will start out as a 7 week program and develop forward from there developing on the group’s/individual’s resolve. Locations will change according to fitness needs, weather, and coordinating participants’ schedules. Getting in shape and staying in shape is often dependent upon meeting face to face and holing one another accountable. A GROUP could make the difference for you!
